We talked about all kinds of funny memories and the fact that she's moving to Ohio...and of course, I let her know what the future is like. (Seeing as how I live 14 hours ahead of her in the States)
I told her that, yes, indeed the B-Movies were correct...in the future, we all wear aluminum foil suits, speak in monotone voices and prefer to have antennas placed permanately on our heads so we have a constant radio stream. She asked if we have unicorns too, and I was happy to tell her YES! We ride around on them.

BUT ANYWAY,
Then...I realized that an entire table of Ch1nese men were just staring at me in wonderment. I just lifted my computer up...pointed at Kim and said "Zhe shi wo de pengyou, zai Mei guo" and smiled. (translation: this is my friend at/in America) They just smiled awkwardly at me. Ha ha ha...
