So, what have we been up to? Quite a bit. But, I'll keep this blog post short. So, here is the cliff notes version of the last month....ready...set...go...
Hosted two crazy hippies in our house that go by the names Jared and Lindi. Hee hee.
Shelli trained a T.ibetan girl to take her place as the full time bookkeeper/accountant with Plateau Perspectives.
Justin and some others successfully took 23 orphans to the Cuban eye doctor here in town.
(One english / chinese speaking teacher + 23 kids that speak t.ibetan / a little bit of chinese and a very small amount of english + an eye doctor that speaks spanish and a little bit of chinese = a very interesting time at the doctor!)
We had an "art day" with the orphans last weekend which ended up being a complete blast! We served them pizza which 99% of them had never ate before, did art projects led by our friend Gennie and just played for a long time.
We're about to wrap up our second semester of Chinese language studies in about a month. MAN has time whizzed by!
We'll be celebrating ONE YEAR IN CHINA at the end of this month. Crazy, huh??
Ok, thats about it for now! Later tators.
